How preferences carry over
What you tell me stays on file. The room to leave alone, the surface that needs a particular product, the dog who needs the back door shut. Never mentioned twice.
The first visit
A first visit takes longer, because the home is being brought to a baseline rather than held at one. I will tell you if I think yours needs that before you commit to anything.
Changing the schedule
Frequency is not a contract. Move from weekly to every two weeks, pause over a holiday, or add a one time deep clean before guests arrive.

- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances, cupboard fronts, and the floor
- Bathrooms: toilet, sink, shower and tub, mirrors, fixtures, and the floor
- Bedrooms and living areas: dusting surfaces, sills and skirting, tidying visible clutter, and floors
- Throughout: vacuuming carpets and rugs, mopping hard floors, and emptying bins
- Touch points: light switches, door handles, and bannisters
Not included as standard
These are the things people most often assume either way, so they are worth saying plainly. Any of them can be added to a visit, just ask.

Every two weeks suits most households. Weekly is worth it if you have pets that shed, several people at home during the day, or you would rather never think about it. Monthly keeps a tidy home from drifting but will not keep up with a busy one on its own.
Can I change or pause my schedule?
Yes. Tell Jha Jha directly and it changes. There is no account portal to log into and no cancellation process to sit through.
Does the first clean cost more?
A first visit often takes longer, because bringing a home to a baseline is more work than maintaining it. Jha Jha will tell you whether she expects that before you book, so it is not a surprise afterwards.
