Hi, I’m Jha Jha.

I spent my career in luxury customer experience in Singapore and Dubai, much of it with Louis Vuitton, before moving to London with my husband and daughter.

Cleaning is also my family’s trade. My relatives run their own cleaning businesses in Alberta and the Philippines, so I learned the work itself long before I ran anything of my own.

What the luxury years taught me was the other half. Luxury is not marble floors and gold leaf. It is being known. A client walks in and you already have their size, their preference, the thing they were waiting for. Nothing is asked twice. Nothing is explained again.

Homes almost never get that standard. Cleaning is sold by the hour and staffed by whoever is free. Hikari is my attempt to bring the other standard here: one cleaner who knows your home, preferences written down rather than left to memory, and a house that feels genuinely looked after when you walk back into it.
