Most cleaning companies in London are franchises. You call a central number, a rotating team arrives, and you explain your home again each time. The person cleaning your kitchen has never seen it before and will probably not see it again.
Hikari works the other way around. You describe your home once, we keep those details on file, and we try to send the same cleaner each visit. Over a few visits the service gets quieter and easier, because less of it needs saying.

Households who would rather build a working relationship with one cleaner than manage a rotating crew. People who have specific preferences and are tired of repeating them.
How we learn your home
The quote form asks you to describe your home in your own words. Rooms to focus on, rooms to skip, pets, surfaces that need particular care. That becomes the starting point rather than a generic checklist.
What can be adjusted
Frequency, which rooms are included, how much attention each area gets, and how we get in. If something is not working after the first visit, say so and we change it.

Describe your home, answer anything we still need, and choose whether you want the quote by email, by phone, or in person. Jha Jha reviews every request personally.
What is included.
- Kitchen: counters, sink, stovetop, exterior of appliances, cupboard fronts, and the floor
- Bathrooms: toilet, sink, shower and tub, mirrors, fixtures, and the floor
- Bedrooms and living areas: dusting surfaces, sills and skirting, tidying visible clutter, and floors
- Throughout: vacuuming carpets and rugs, mopping hard floors, and emptying bins
- Touch points: light switches, door handles, and bannisters
Not included as standard
These are the things people most often assume either way, so they are worth saying plainly. Any of them can be added to a visit, just ask.
- Inside the oven and fridge, unless added to the visit
- Interior windows beyond the glass in doors
- Laundry and dishes
- Moving heavy furniture

Do I get the same cleaner every time?
That is what we aim for, and it is the main reason to use a small service rather than a franchise. Illness and holidays happen, so we cannot promise it without exception, but your preferences stay on file either way so a different cleaner is not starting from scratch.

Hikari serves London and the surrounding neighbourhoods. If you are not sure whether your address is covered, include it in your quote request and Jha Jha will tell you directly.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
No. Many clients are at work. Tell us in the quote form how you would prefer we get in and out, and anything we should know about pets or alarms.
